you agree to all of the policies/procedures listed below so please read carefully.

PAYMENT/TRANSFERRING SESSION: Payment is non-refundable but transferable and covers the full cost of your session. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to sell your special and transfer your spot to another person. If you choose to transfer your session, please do so no later than 2 months before the expiration date, allowing the new client ample time to schedule and complete their session before the deadline. Kindly email me the new client's information, ensuring they meet the age requirements; clients must be at least 5 years old at the time of the appointment to utilize this special.

 

LOCATIONS/PACKAGE OPTIONS: You can choose between a 60-minute outdoor natural light session in LA (select this if you need full-body modeling looks) or opt for a 90-minute indoor studio headshot session at my Santa Clarita home studio (ideal for actors who need a variety of headshot looks or individuals with sensitive eyes).

 

WEEKEND UPCHARGE: Special can be used on weekday mornings for no additional cost. Weekend appointments are subject to a $25 weekend upcharge that is due in cash on the day of your session.

 

EXPIRATION DATE: September 30th, 2024

You have the flexibility to book appointments at any available time from January 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2024. The special expires on October 1st, 2023, and any unclaimed sessions will be forfeited.

ONE PERSON PER SESSION: Package is for one person and may not be split. If you book multiple specials you may use them back to back and get sibling shots as well. 

RESCHEDULING: Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled with a 72 hours notice. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice incurs a $150 rescheduling fee for any reason, including sickness.

WEATHER: In the event of rain or strong winds, if you choose the outdoor option, the session will be rescheduled to a later date at no additional cost

 

SICKNESS POLICY: I DO NOT work with sick kids. Due to the fact that I primarily work in close proximity with children, to protect myself and other clients from catching a disease, my sick policy will be strictly observed and any child (or parent) showing obvious signs of illnesses will be asked to leave and will be charged $150 to reschedule.

COVID-19: Clients are required to cancel or transfer their session if anyone in their household tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their shoots. I ask that you follow all current CDC and local guidelines regarding Coronavirus safety during our session.

LATE ARRIVALS: As the session is time-based, arriving late for your shoot will result in a shortened session and fewer images/looks, as I schedule sessions one after another. If you exceed a 20-minute delay, it will be considered a cancellation, and a $150 fee will apply to reschedule your session.

TIMELINE AND SESSION REVIEW: Clients can expect to receive a gallery of all proofs within approximately seven to fourteen (7-14) days after the Photography Session date. Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee. The images will be provided in a password-protected online gallery, accessible for 60 days. After this period, all images will be archived. Should the gallery need to be resent after closure, a $50.00 fee will be applied.

COMPLIMENTARY RETOUCHES: In order to receive your 3 complimentary retouches included in your package you must select the images to retouch within one month from your original session date. After one month you will lose your free retouches and will be charged $15 for basic retouching for each image that you wish to edit. I do not offer retouching on sessions that are older then 6 months old, so please make sure that you make your selection in a timely manner.

RE-SHOOT & REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not available; however, I am committed to delivering a high standard of service. In the event of technical issues on my part, a complimentary reshoot will be offered. Please note that reshoots will not be provided for reasons such as client's clothing choice, dissatisfaction with makeup/hair, client facial expressions, uncooperative subjects (including young children), or factors beyond the photographer's control.

AGE AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS

This exclusive offer is open to individuals aged 5 years and above. For optimal results, it's important that the child can follow directions effectively. Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present during the session.

Please note that sessions are not available for children of other headshot or kids photographers.

The use of professional cameras or videography is strictly prohibited during sessions. However, feel free to capture behind-the-scenes moments using your phone for social media sharing.
